Today’s San Jose tasting event was a proven success! 6 Cheesecake flavors were offered to the attendees including Pumpkin Praline, Gorgonzola Fig, Peanut Butter with a chocolate cognac ganache, Fireplace S’mores, Coconut, and Citrus with an orange reduction and Grand Marnier glaze. All were well received and various changes will be made to the recipes, but all of these will be on the menu is some form. Thanks to all who attended and provided feedback!
